looks like too many curls

This one looks like a painter has spilled a huge amount of paint
on his canvas. It has a nice "Wet Paint" like feeling, I was
on the verge of naming it "paint dabs" , but the number of curls
I saw on this made me name it tht. It has kinda "dull" colors
But thats the whole Idea!!
